The definitions for this word seem to be continuously expanding, evolving over time, and now very quickly in the age of modernity. One thing, however, remains certain—space. However you approach this practice, the outcome tends to be profoundly clear: balance. Perhaps, more aptly, we could call it ease in adaptability and acceptance of what is happening. All of it.



What does it truly mean live in the present moment, in harmony with the unfolding of events? How does one qualify this experience? Surrender to the way of things. Yet, how? Two things, now, remain certain—the breath. It is both the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end of a life. Listen. The deeper you explore this very inward journey, the deeper you go. Where? Presence. Each breath offers an opportunity to grow your self-awareness, expand your consciousness, connect to your life. It is an unfolding. Endless, fulfilling.


But where to begin? Go to a place that makes you feel grateful. Sit comfortably and quietly. Relax your body. Listen to your inhale, listen to your exhale. Notice a thought come, notice it go. Repeat. Revisit this guidance for deeper layers of clarity.
